Senior Director of Clinical Operations
Jennie Ducat, RN BSN, RAC-CT, CMAC, is the Senior Director of Clinical Operations for MDS Solutions. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Herzing University in Madison, WI.
Jennie has extensive acute and post-acute care experience, specifically in clinical reimbursement and leadership roles. Jennie has a passion for applying her extensive knowledge of the RAI process, Quality Measures, case-mix, and PDPM to provide resident-centered care that is results-driven. In addition to her hands on experience, she also enjoys providing education and training to leadership teams, MDS nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Senior Director of Clinical Reimbursement Operations
Mary-Beth Newell RN, BSN, MS, is the Senior Director of Clinical Reimbursement Operations for MDS Solutions. She is a RAC-CT RN with a BSN, an MS in management and leadership, and is a certified professional in healthcare quality. She obtained her masters at Western Governors University.
Mary-Beth has held executive roles in both clinical operations and clinical reimbursement in post-acute care. She is highly skilled in analytical and critical thinking which has enabled her ability to drive multimillion dollar growth in both case mix and Medicare revenue for large chain providers. Mary-Beth has presented at state and national healthcare associations, physician conferences and testified twice at the California state capitol on issues related to skilled nursing

Director of Clinical Reimbursement and Consulting Operations
Rebecca Greenhill, MSN, BBA, RAC-CT, PMH-BC, is the Director of Clinical Reimbursement Consulting Operations. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with emphasis in Nursing Informatics from Grand Canyon University and her Bachelor of Business Administration with emphasis in Organizational Management from Morehead State University.
She brings a unique skillset of clinical and management related knowledge that she gained from acute, psychiatric, forensic, and long-term care leadership experiences. Her proven ability to work effectively with all disciplines has resulted in proficiency in researching and clearly articulating complex topics to our clients. She enjoys helping facilities improve systematic strategies to ensure regulatory compliance, the delivery of patient centered care and positive outcomes while maximizing reimbursement. She excels at personalizing and coordinating service delivery to our clients with a focus on identifying and resolving barriers to optimal performance.

Samantha Schild, RN, RAC-CT, WCC is the Director of Clinical Education for MDS Solutions. She earned her nursing degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College in Milwaukee, WI.
Samantha has experience in several roles in the long-term care industry including clinical, wound management, case management, and clinical reimbursement. She has worked for many years for large skilled nursing chains as the MDS Coordinator and director of reimbursement departments. She enjoys providing education and mentoring to new MDS nurses, process improvement, and ongoing training to other members of the interdisciplinary team. Samantha is results driven and possesses skillsets that allow her to obtain financial success for her clients.
Laura Zoellner
BSN, RN, RAC-CTA, RAC-CT, CCM
Director of Clinical Reimbursement, Consulting
Laura Zoellner, BSN, RN, RAC-CTA, RAC-CT, CCM holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and has nearly 40 years of experience as a nurse in various areas including critical care as well as home health and skilled nursing facility management. She has been a strong liaison for managed care contracting, and therapy contract work product and solutions. She is both RAC-CT and RAC-CTA certified with expertise specifically in MDS 3.0 and SNF PPS management.
Over the past 25 years she has utilized her knowledge and expertise of the Medicare regulations and prospective payment system developing MDS training programs, educating and consulting for SNF’s on Medicare reimbursement and requirements. She was the Lead Clinical Compliance nurse working with an Independent Review Organization during a 5-year CIA. Laura is considered a subject matter expert in QIO appeals and pre and post pay reviews. She is also a certified case manager with professional case management knowledge and case management experience.
